We greatly enjoyed this budget hotel. Good service, though a few employees were extremely bad. The room was kept very clean and available with required basics. Ideal central location close to both north and south bound M1 and Leicester and supermarket and eateries. Furthermore, close to everything...

Functional, clean hotel with smart personnel with the services adjoined to the venue. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and WiFi and an instant coffee in the room.

- good connection, since located on motorway service area . - Motorway hardly audible. - Room quite large. - Furnishing practical (middle part of the mirror in the bathroom does not fog up; water temperature adjustable) . - many parking lots directly in front of the hotel . - well-functioning heating
- Thin walls, so neighbours can also be heard during normal telephone calls. - window can be opened only one gap wide

Due to its location near the motorway, it is perfectly suited for a stopover from north to south. Foodcourt and shops directly adjacent.
Due to the location at the motorway quite loud

One of my favorite things was the super convenient jet lag-friendly 24-hour Starbucks and the room's comfy beds. Plus, I loved the fridge and microwave in the reception area for late-night snacks. Definitely a comfy spot for a solo traveler!

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a green area, close enough to restaurants, so many food places, and pub. Really enjoyed multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a writing desk in the room.
